MyPass provides proactive certificate expiration management:
- Worker notifications: Workers using the mobile app receive push notifications at 90, 60, and 30 days before certificate expiry, plus on expiry day and 7 days after.
- Dashboard visibility: The compliance dashboard highlights expiring qualifications with filters for "Expiring <30 days." Admins can view expirations up to 90 days ahead in the dashboard, or run reports showing certificates expiring within 180 days.
- Status tracking: When certificates expire, their status automatically updates to "Expired" in the system, visible across all compliance dashboards and reports.
- Integration capability: MyPass offers APIs and webhooks for system integrations so that you can build and trigger custom workflows (e.g. site access revocation, training assignment, etc.).
