What's the difference between MyPass and traditional contractor management platforms?

Traditional platforms like Avetta, Pegasus and INX use top-down data architecture where asset owners control all data, creating silos that do not work across organisations. What workforce data does the industry body access?

Industry bodies access aggregated, anonymised workforce intelligence rather than individual worker data. You can see skills distribution across geography and sectors, qualification expiry trends, training completion rates, workforce demographics, safety training compliance and emerging skills shortages. You cannot see individual worker names or personal information, specific company workforce compositions, which workers work for which companies, or individual employment history. This protects worker privacy and company confidentiality while providing sector-wide intelligence for policy development and industry advocacy.

MyPass integrates with training providers through the Verisafe partnership for direct validation with issuing RTOs, API connections with major training providers for automatic certificate uploads, competency framework alignment that maps RTO courses to your industry standards, and training analytics that track which RTOs deliver the most industry training. Member organisations can continue using MyPass independently with no data loss or operational disruption. Because workers own their data, no single organisation can hold it hostage.
